Learn how to switch between multiple business accounts if you manage more than one business on the Buddy Booking Platform

If you're associated with multiple businesses on the Buddy Booking Platform, you can easily switch between accounts to manage each business's operations.

Business Account Selection

First Login

When logging in with multiple business associations:

  1. Enter your login credentials

  2. View list of associated businesses

  3. Select the business you want to manage

  4. Access that business's dashboard

Switching Businesses

While using the platform:

  1. Click the workspace switcher in My Account

  2. Select different business from the list

  3. Continue working with newly selected business

Managing Multiple Accounts

Access Levels

  • Assigning different permissions is possible for each business

  • User groups, settings and configurations done for a business are limited to only that particular business

  • Activities created for a business are limited to them and are not accessible when you switch to another business

Each business maintains:

  • Individual profiles

  • Separate financials

  • Unique team management

  • Independent bookings

  • Distinct customer data

Q:Can I manage unlimited businesses?

A: Yes, there's no limit to how many businesses you can access with one account.

A: No, you use the same login credentials to access all associated businesses.

Q: Can I have different roles in different businesses?

A: Yes, your permissions can vary:

  • Admin in one business

  • Manager in another

  • Staff in a third

Q: How do I know which business I'm managing?

A: The current business workspace name is always visible in the My Account dropdown.

Q: Can I view multiple businesses simultaneously?

A: No, you manage one business at a time but can switch quickly between them.

Access Control

Q: What happens if I'm removed from a business?

  • You lose access to that specific business

  • Your access to other associated businesses is not impacted

  • Your login credentials do not change

Q: Can I add myself to another business?

A: No, a business admin must invite you to their business.

Q: How do I leave a business?

A: Contact that business's admin to remove your account access.
