The Buddy Booking Platform provides secure access to your business account through email-based login and standard password management features.

Accessing Your Account

Login Process

  1. Enter your registered email address

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click "Log In" to access your account

Multiple Business Accounts

If you manage multiple businesses:

  1. Log in with your credentials

  2. Select the business you want to manage

  3. Switch between businesses using the workspace switcher in My Account

If you are added to multiple businesses, you will get an option to select your desired workspace as soon as you successfully login.

Password Management

Password Requirements

Create a strong password that:

  • Is at least 8 characters long

  • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Includes numbers

  • Uses special characters

  • Avoids common words or patterns

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page

  2. Enter your registered email address

  3. Check your email for reset instructions

  4. Click the reset link (valid for 24 hours)

  5. Create and confirm your new password

  6. Log in with your new password

Changing Your Password

To update your password while logged in:

  1. Go to My Account

  2. Select Security

  3. Click "Change Password"

  4. Enter current password

  5. Create and confirm new password

A: Contact Buddy support with your business details for assistance accessing your account.

A: Check that:

  • Caps Lock is not enabled

  • Password is entered correctly

A: Yes, your single account can access multiple businesses. After login, you'll select which business to manage.

A: We recommend changing your password:
