User Management
Booking Users can be accessed by navigating to Settings > People > Booking Users.
Adding New Users
You can invite users by navigating to Settings > Booking Users > Click on Invite New User in the top right corner.
Fill in the required information in the user invite dialog box.
Enter user's email address
Provide first and last name
Assign appropriate user group
Send platform invitation
The system first checks if the email address already has an account. If found:
Existing name details auto-populate. Verify information accuracy to avoid issues at this stage
Select the desired User Group
Send access invitation
User action after invitation is sent
The user needs to accept the invite in order to gain access to the business on the Booking Platform. The process is slightly different for new users and existing users.

Note that a user could be added to multiple businesses.
Account Management
You can remove user or update their role by navigating to Settings > Booking Users > Click on 3-dots in Actions column > Delete or Edit based on the desired action.
The user table also displays the invitation status. Accounts with pending acceptance shows Invitation Pending status. Note that user that rejects the invitation is removed from the booking users list.
