The Calendar serves as your central hub for managing all activities and bookings on the Buddy Booking Platform.
Activity States
The calendar displays the availability status of each activity using visual cues:
Available (no bookings): Activity slot is open for bookings.
Available (at least one booking): Activity has at least one booking, but additional slots are available.
Fully Booked: No availability for this activity slot.
Cancelled: The activity slot is no longer available due to cancellation.
Overbooked: The activity slot has more bookings than available capacity (requires attention).
Past Activity: The activity slot is has a past date.
Draft Activity: The activity slot that is not yet published.
Activity Cards
Activity with various states explained above have distinguishable characteristics such as different shades of the activity card indicate whether the activity availability is partially or fully booked, diagonal stripes indicate cancelled activity.
