Business Information

This section contains your legal business details that were entered during registration. While most information can be updated as needed, some changes may require admin review to maintain platform integrity.

Legal Business Name

Your official registered business name is displayed here. If you need to update this:

  • Enter the new legal business name

  • Changes require admin review and approval

  • Continue using the platform while approval is pending

  • Receive notification once change is approved

Main Business Location

Your primary business address helps customers find you and affects various platform features. When updating your location:

  • Enter complete address details including:

    • Address line 1 and 2

    • ZIP/Postal code

    • City/Town

    • Region/Area/State

    • Country

  • Use Google Places integration for accurate address completion

  • Verify all fields are correctly populated

  • Confirm the location on the integrated map

Public Profile

This section manages how customers see your business on the Buddy mobile app and booking pages.

Business Identity

Doing Business As (DBA)

  • Your customer-facing business name

  • Automatically populated from legal name without entity type

  • Can be different from legal business name

  • Maximum 100 characters
