Each participant gets a secure link in their confirmation email, no login, no app needed. Here's the walk-through, so you know what to expect when a customer says they're "stuck on the waiver."
The customer opens their unique waiver link and picks which participant on the booking they're signing for.
If the activity has more than one waiver attached, they fill them in one after another.
They complete the form field by field and sign with their finger or mouse.
They land on a confirmation screen. If more waivers are still outstanding for that participant, they're prompted straight into the next one.
Once every attached waiver is signed for that participant, they see a final "all done" screen.
