Create a waiver template

Build the form once, then reuse it across as many activities as you like.

  1. Go to Settings → Waivers.

  2. Click New waiver.

  3. Give it a name and, optionally, a description — participants will see both when they sign.

  4. Click + Add New Field and choose a field type from the picker (see the full list below). Repeat for every field you need.

  5. Reorder, duplicate, or remove fields at any time — the form updates live as you build it.

  6. Use Preview to see exactly what your customer will see before you publish.

  7. Save. New waivers are active by default — switch a waiver to inactive if you're not ready to use it yet.
