Managing activity manifests effectively is crucial for running successful diving operations. As conditions change and new information becomes available, you need to keep your manifests up to date while maintaining accurate records of all modifications. Working with Manifest Information

You can access manifest of a particular availability by navigating to Calendar > Click on the desired availability > View and Edit Activity Details > Manifest.

Updating Customer Details

On the manifest page you can view all customers booked for this particular availability. You can click the Edit icon next to the booking contact to update the details.

In the side-panel you can view all the available information of the customer and also update it.

Keep customer information current and accurate throughout the activity lifecycle by updating the following information:

  • Waiver status, check-in status and team assignment

  • Personal information such as name, DoB, etc.

  • Gear requirements and body measurements

You can also print the manifest with the print option at the top.

A: You can assign team to specific customers by navigating to Calendar > Select desired availability > Click on View & Edit Activity > Manifest > Select the desired customer > Click on Edit button (pencil button) next to Booking Contact name > Edit, and finally assign the team.

Q: Can I change a team member who is already assigned to a customer?

A: Yes, you can change the assigned team member for any customer following the same steps you assigned the team member originally i.e. navigating to the manifest and updating a customer.
