The Balance & Payments page provides comprehensive insights into your business's financial activities on the Buddy platform. Monitor your earnings, track payments, and access detailed transaction records to effectively manage your business finances.

Balance Overview

Balance & Payments page can be accessed from the main side menu. Your balance section displays all funds currently available for payout to your business. This includes:

Available Balance & Payouts

The total amount ready for transfer to your bank account through your connected Stripe account. This balance:

  • Updates automatically with new bookings

  • Reflects successful payment processing

  • Accounts for any refunds or adjustments

  • You can also request payout.

Payout

  • Payouts for the available amount can be requested from the Balance & Payments page.

  • The payouts are processed in 1 business day. The payments are processed by the payment platform Stripe.

Revenue & Refunds

These cards display the booking revenue today and this month, and refunds processed today and in this month.

Summary

The summary section displays total revenue and the breakdown by activity type - tours, trips and courses.

Payments

Access detailed records of all financial transactions within your account through an organized table format.

Each entry includes:

  • Invoice number
